Becoming a Member

The Yackandandah & District Tourism Association Inc (Y&DTA) is a local non profit association which was established in 1981 to assist local businesses and promote tourism in the Yackandandah area. The association consists of local business owners who work together with the Indigo Shire to develop and deliver tourism initiatives and collateral. The Y&DTA also oversee the running and development of the Yackandandah Visitor Information Centre.Benefits for members include brochure display and representation in the Yackandandah Visitor Information Centre and a full page on this web site. Not to mention being able to contribute to the future direction of tourism in our area! If you are a local business within the Yackandandah area and would like to know more or join the Y&DTA for the 2009/2010 financial year, you can download the following information: fact sheet and general informationWe recommend downloading and reading through all information before submitting your application form.If you live outside of the Yackandandah area but would like the Yackandandah Visitor Information Centre to promote your business through brochure display you can download the following information:* Note: special discounted rates apply to businesses within the Indigo Shire who are current members of their local tourism association/information centre.
